The visionary Dr. Shantanu R Joshi is a clinician who studied Ayurveda and modern medicine. He started practice in 1999 in Pune, preparing original formulations from his own small set-up near his clinic — and observing their results firsthand.
In 2007, along with his wife Dr. Sakshi Joshi, he founded Global Herbs Pharmaceutical. With rigorous clinical trials, ISO & GMP certifications, and continuous scientific expansion, the company became Acuere Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. in 2019.
Today Acuere bridges traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with evidence-based pharmaceutical research — conducting clinical trials at ICMR-NIRRCH, NMIMS, and partnering with Elsevier-published journals.
